Booking
All inquires are based on request, therefore please use our online Contact Us space to submit your inquiry as completely as possible, for instance number of persons in your group, number of rooms, holiday dates, any special request, etc. and we will reply within 24 hours.
Rates
All Rates are quoted in United States Dollars, per night.
Tax and Service
All rental rates are subject to 10% government tax and 5% service charge. Gratuities for household staff shall be left to guests’ discretion.
What’s Included?
Our properties are fully equipped with bed linen, towels, cooking utensils etc. Items such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap and drinking water are supplied at the villa – just the same amenities as when staying in a hotel.
Seasons
Low Season
January 10th to 30th June inclusive (excluding Chinese New Year & Easter Week), September 1st to December 19th inclusive.
High Season
Chinese New Year, Easter Week, July 1st to August 31st inclusive.
Peak Season
December 20th to 9th January inclusive.
Payment
A 20% – non refundable deposit is required by the villa owner to secure the villa upon booking confirmation. Final payment should be settled 30 days prior to arrival in Bali. Full payment is required for bookings made within 45 days prior to arrival. Payments can be made by transfer to our bank account or PayPal.
Check-in – Check-out Time
Check-in after 14:00 hours, check-out time is 12:00 hours.
Car Rentals (self drive or with driver)
On request.
Airport Transfer
A driver will be at Denpasar’s Ngurah Rai Airport to greet you on arrival and bring you and your family / party to the villa. Transfers are charged at Rp 300,000 per car.
Cancellation
Cancellation of a booking at any time may result in forfeiture of deposits. Deposit will be refunded for a cancellation if we can re-book the villa for the period of the initial booking. If only a portion of the rental time is re-booked, a pro-rated refund will be made. Any rental payments which qualify for a refund, whether in whole or pro-rated, will be subject to a deduction of a 20% administration fee.
